Neighbors, with the exception of our 2026 Annual Meeting, our 2026 dates are tentative until we update them in February. The ones listed as tentative are currently placeholders so you generally know about the event. More 2026 events are still to be listed! Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
The Colonial Crest Association helps organize about a dozen events each year. We highly encourage all Crest residents to get involved! We are all neighbors who volunteer to make these happen because we care about our community. Contact us if you would like to help or have a suggestion. Below is a list of our upcoming neighborhood events - some have RSVPs that are helpful to us and some are simply show up. Mark your calendars and we hope to see you there!

Tue, Dec 16Faith Immanuel Church100% of proceeds go to the Cupboard at Calvary, a Central PA Food Bank member, for our 17112 zip code. Simply pay $10 for a provided container (CASH only), walk through & fill it up with the cookies. Last year we ran out in 50 min. raising a record $888 for Downtown Daily Bread. Open to the public!
Sat, Dec 204:30-5:30pm at the PondJoin your Crest neighbors for the lighting of our pond luminaries, s'mores, hot chocolate, and a holiday sing-a-long. No RSVP needed, just show up and bring the whole family. Special thank you Chip Bayer for championing this special event each year.
Mon, Jan 126pm at Faith Immanuel Church (by the pond)We will have a short review of 2025, a pond update, vote in our 2026 officers, and an amazing guest speaker. Kevin Kelly is a PennState Extension Dauphin County Master Gardner. He will give us a photo-filled tour of garden MVPs for the Crest. Light food and refreshments. Agenda & details below.
Sun, Mar 29Meet at the pond: 1744 Brookdale Rd. 17112Bring your children, grandchildren, and friends for our annual Easter Egg Hunt! Go to the pond at 3pm & we'll parade to the hidden eggs. If raining, meet at the church (Shaffer Hall). Please RSVP so we know how many eggs to tell the Easter Bunny to hide. Thank you, Molly Wirick, our event champion!

Sat, Jun 204-6pm at the PondCrest-resident families, come join your neighbors for our annual picnic! It's a time to relax, chat, or play a yard game. The association will provide burgers, sausage, hotdogs and beverages. Bring a side dish or dessert & lawn chairs.
Sun, Sep 27The Pond, 4-6pmCrest families, join us for our family fall tailgate! There will be a screen w/the game, cookie decorating, pumpkin painting, food & more.
