WHAT WE DO
The Colonial Crest Association was established in 1956. Our mission is to uphold our rich, historical commitment to preserve our iconic natural spaces, cultivate neighborly connections, and maintain the Colonial Crest neighborhood as a beautiful, safe, and friendly place to live for generations to come.
The small annual dues we collect from our resident-homeowners helps us keep our natural, shared spaces beautiful through the oversight and maintenance of our iconic pond, surrounding park-like area, and our famous, grassy triangles. This increases the value of our homes. Additionally, we enrich our 230-home neighborhood experience by welcoming new neighbors, holding events throughout the year, and communicating important information.

Our board of directors, newsletter writers, website designers, social media maintainers, and event planners are all neighborhood volunteers. We are committed to our neighborhood, a beautiful, safe, and friendly place to raise children and/or retire.
OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Our neighborhood is stunning! Not only do we have our sanctuary pond at the center, but our spaces are filled with glorious old trees, windy roads, and charming homes. You'll often find our neighbors out in their yards, walking their dogs, helping each other with tasks, talking with one another, and almost certainly waving with a smile. ​The Colonial Crest neighborhood has a deep, rich history dating back to 1945. We are your Crest neighbors, living here & volunteering
All Colonial Crest residents are encouraged to get involved, come to our neighborhood activities, and attend the monthly association meetings! Meetings are held the first Monday of the month at 6:30pm. The highly-attended annual meeting is held in January, when we elect our board members and have a short presentation. Our association meeting minutes and by laws are available upon request.
