The Pond
The beautiful Colonial Crest pond is owned by the Colonial Crest Association and is private property. It is iconic to the Colonial Crest neighborhood and increases the value of our 230-home neighborhood. It provides a welcoming, natural scenery and is a habitat for wildlife. Our ducks, snapping turtles, Canada geese, frogs, and majestic blue heron are a few of our many pond inhabitants. The pond is where our neighborhood families and friends gather together to relax, picnic, play, fish, skate, and have events. To fish in the Crest pond requires a PA license over the age of 16 and is reserved for Colonial Crest Association members and their accompanied guests only.
